周围神经损伤动物模型神经再生效果的评价 被引量:22

摘要 周围神经修复与再生是手外科、显微外科和修复重建外科的重要研究领域,动物模型实验性周围神经再生效果的评价在相关研究中是必不可少的。结构重建和功能恢复是衡量实验性周围神经再生效果缺一不可的两个方面:神经和靶器官是评价再生的两个重要环节。实验性周围神经再生的评价就是运用形态学、电生理学和功能行为学等手段.
