摘要 针对现有非接触式静电检测仪存在的检测距离近且距离固定等问题,分析了距离误差对电压测量的影响,提出了基于单片机融合测距的解决方案。在优化传感器、放大器和信号处理系统的基础上,利用改进后的静电检测仪进行实验。根据在不同距离上对不同静电目标的测量结果,进行数据处理,并以程序的方式编入单片机。通过基于PIC的测距信号和静电信号相融合,可以实现在1 m范围内任一点对被测带电体电压进行测量。该方案突破了传统静电检测仪对距离精确定位的限制,实现了静电目标的远距离测量。 Aiming at the problems of current electrostatic detector, such as working range short and often requiring distance fixed, the solution based on PIC fusion ranging is proposed by analyzing the impact of distance error on the voltage measurement. By optimizing the sensor, amplifier and signal processing system, the improved electrostatic detector is used in the experiments. According to the different voltage measurement results of the static targets on different distances, the data processing is carried out, and then the process is programmed into single chip microcomputer. The distance and electrostatic measurement signals obtained by the PIC are mixed, by which the voltage of the charged body can be measured at any point within 1 m. The ranging program breaks out the limitation of accurate distance localization by traditional electrostatic detector, and realizes the long distance measurement of charged body.
