摘要
作者从分析城市全球化的两种模式入手,指出上海走生产创新和输出的全球化道路,工业空间重构是实现全球化进程的关键,时代赋予了工业空间重构的核心内容是创新。通过分析工业空间重构中存在的问题,指出必须依靠现有工业基础,发挥附近高校和研究机构的优势,建立“三域四国多点”的系统化、专业化的科技园区体系。在工业空间重构过程中,走技术创新型与技术改造相结合的路子,并从中扶植一批以科技创新为主题、以新老企业横向联合为主体的支柱产业群,实现上海全球化的宏伟目标。
It is indicated for Shanghai to take innovation in production and globalize itis export in her way to globalization, and restructuring of industrial space is the key in the approach, while innovation is the core of the restructuring of industrial space. It is inevitable, on the base of existing industries, to give full play of nearby universities and researching institutes, and establish a systematized and specialized system of high-technology parks. During the restructuring of industrial space, main industrial groups, which embody technology innovation and comprised by new and the old enterprises should be supported.
