老年糖尿病肾病腹膜透析患者的护理 被引量：11

摘要 目的探讨老年糖尿病肾病患者腹膜透析的护理措施和对策。方法选择糖尿病肾病腹膜透析患者112例,按就诊先后分为对照组52例和实验组60例。2组患者均行腹膜透析及一般护理,在此基础上,实验组给予心理护理、切口处和导管出口处护理、饮食护理、开始透析时护理、重视胰岛素加入腹透液中的注意要点、对患者和家属加强操作培训、随访工作的建立等措施。结果实验组腹膜炎发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病肾病患者腹膜透析时,进行整体护理干预有利于预防并发症发生。
