摘要
目的观察丹参黄芪合剂对大鼠肾移植后慢性排异反应的治疗效果。方法采用Wister和SD大鼠建立肾移植后慢性排异反应模型,分为缺血性肾脏病组、同系移植组、同种移植组,每组又分为生理盐水亚组和丹参黄芪亚组。造模成功后,于4周、8周、12周、16周测定各组大鼠肾功能、24 h尿蛋白定量、肌酐清除率。结果 3组中各丹参黄芪亚组大鼠的肾功能、24 h尿蛋白定量、肌酐清除率都有不同程度的改善。结论丹参黄芪合剂能够有效治疗大鼠肾移植后慢性排异反应。
Abstract：Objective It is to observe the curative effect of Danshen and Huangqi decoction on chronic rejection in renal transplanted rat. Methods Wister and SD rats were chosen to establish chronic rejection models after renal transplantation. Then the models were divided into 3 groups： ischemic renal disease group, homologous series transplantation group and the same race transplantation group, and each group was divided into normal saline subgroup and Danshen Huangqi decoction subgroup. Renal function, 24hUTP and creatinine clearance rate were assessed at 4, 8, 12, 16 week after the models were suc- cessfully established. Results Renal function, 24hUTP and creatinine clearance rate in every Danshen Huangqi decoction group were improved more or less. Conclusion Danshen Huangqi decoction can effective treat for chronic rejection in renal transplanted rats.
