摘要
目的观察复方甘草酸苷片联合NB-UVB治疗老年性皮肤瘙痒症的疗效。方法 56例老年性皮肤瘙痒症患者随机分为两组,治疗组29例采用复方甘草酸苷片联合NB-UVB照射治疗;对照组27例仅NB-UVB照射治疗;两组均每晚口服扑尔敏片4mg,并辅以身心健康教育,3周后观察疗效。结果治疗组有效率96.55%,对照组为70.37%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方甘草酸苷片联合NB-UVB治疗老年性皮肤瘙痒症疗效较好。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of compoud glycyrrhizin tablets combined with Narrowband ultraviolet B in treating pruritus senilis. Methods Fifty-six cases with Pruritus Senilis were randomly divided into 2 groups ：treatment group and control group. Patients in treatment group were given compoud glycyrrhizin tablets Combined with Narrow-band ultraviolet B while those in control group had only been treated with Narrow-band uhraviolet B. the course lasted for 3 weeks in both groups. Results The effective rate was 96.55% in treated group, and was 70.37% in control group. There were significant differences between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Compoud glycyrrhizin tablets Combined with Narrow-band ultraviolet B in treatment on pruritus senilis is effective.
