摘要
患者男,58岁。右侧耳前部肿块10年。组织病理检查显示:真皮内血管及淋巴组织增生,可见淋巴滤泡样结构,并见大量嗜酸性粒细胞。诊断:木村病。
A 58-year-old male presented with 10-year history lump on right preaurem. Histopathological examination revealed hyperplasia of vessel and lymphatic tissue, lymphoid follicles and prominent eosinophils were evident in the dermis. The diagnosis was made as Kimura disease.
