Finite Element Numerical Analysis of the Weight Function of Electromagnetic Flowmeter in Flow Measurement for Non-full Pipe

摘要 采用有限元数值分析法,对长弧形电极非满管电磁流量传感器的权重函数进行了研究,并给出了不同液位下的权重函数分布图谱。计算结果表明,非满管电磁流量传感器的权重函数与管内液体充满度有关,两者呈复杂函数关系。该研究结果为优化非满管电磁流量传感器结构提供了理论依据。 By adopting the finite element numerical analysis method, the weight function of the non-full pipe electromagnetic flow sensor for the long arc electrodes is analyzed and researched~ and the distribution map of the weight function under different liquid level is given. The calculation result shows that the weight function of the non-full pipe electromagnetic flow sensor is related to the liquid fullness in the pipe, and it presents complex functional relationship. This research result offers the theoretical foundation to the optimized design for the structure of the non-full electromagnetic flow sensor.
