摘要
针对城市经济体制的和经济增长方式的两个转变，提出二次绿地地价效益和集约型景观园林环境建设的两大概念，寻求两个转变过程中，城市经济发展的景观园林环境建设的新的特点和机遇。探讨当今城市经济因素对于景观园林环境建设的引导控制作用。
Based on the principle of urban economics and its role in the construction of urban landscape environment, the orientation and control role of urban economical factors were discussed. According to ways change both urban economical system and way change of economic growth in China, for the purpose of characters and opportunity searching in the progress of landscape environment construction urban economic development oriented, two concepts of the benefits of second green land value and compact landscape environment construction are provided.
