胫骨Pilon骨折的手术方式选择与疗效 被引量：7

摘要 目的讨论Pilon骨折术式选择及疗效。方法总结本院自2007年12月至2012年6月48例Pilon骨折的手术治疗效果,其中14例切开复位钢板内固定,26例有限切开内固定加石膏外固定,8例在固定腓骨后胫骨未行内固定,行石膏外固定术。结果所有患者均得到完整随访,随访时间12～30个月,平均18个月。疗效评价按Mazur评分,优23例,良15例,可8例,差2例。结论选择适宜的手术时机,根据骨折类型、软组织条件,灵活选择手术方式,实施个体化的治疗是取得良好疗效的关键。
