小儿颅底横纹肌肉瘤临床分析

摘要 横纹肌肉瘤是好发于儿童的间胚叶软组织肿瘤，占小儿所有恶性肿瘤的5％，恶性程度较高。多见于10岁以下的儿童。偶见于成人，好发于头颈部、四肢、胃肠、泌尿生殖系统”’，而发生于颅底的较为罕见。现将我科2011-05-2012-05经显微外科手术及病理证实的小儿8例颅底横纹肌肉瘤的治疗结果分析如下。
