摘要
用硅烷偶联剂(3-Aminopropyltriethoxysilane,APTS)对纳米SiO2进行表面改性,得到改性的SiO2颗粒(APTS-SiO2),再用丙烯酰氯与APTS-SiO2颗粒反应制备了表面连接上丙烯酰胺的纳米复合材料(AA-APTS-SiO2)。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察了纳米SiO2、APTS-SiO2及AA-APTS-SiO2的形貌;采用红外光谱(FTIR)和热重分析法(TG)对AA-APTS-SiO2的化学结构与组成进行了表征。研究表明:APTS-SiO2颗粒能够成功地与丙烯酰氯反应形成AA-APTS-SiO2复合颗粒,制备APTS-SiO2最优的反应条件是1 g SiO2,100 mL乙醇和水的体积比为3∶1的混合溶剂,2.0 g氨水,SiO2与APTS的摩尔比为3∶1。
Nanometer SiO2 was chemically modified with silane coupling agent (3-Aminopropyltriethoxysilane, APTS), and modified particles APTS-SiO2 were obtained. The nanocomposite material ( AA-APTS-Si02 ) which was grafted by acrylic amide on the surface was prepared by the reaction of acryloyl chloride and APTS-SiO2. The mor- phology of the nanometer Si02, APTS-SiO2 and AA-APTS-SiO2 were observed by Scanning electron microscope (SEM). The chemical structure of the AA-APTS-SiO2was characterized by infrared spectroscopy(IR) and thermo- gravimetry(TG). The results show that APTS-SiO2 particles can successfully react with acryloyl chloride to form AA-APTS-SiO2 composite particles. The optimal composition of reactive raw materials of the preparation of APTS- SiO2are:1. 0 g SiO2 ,100 mL mixed solvent of EtOH: H20 =3: 1,2. 0 g ammonia water,nsio2: nAPTS =3: 1.
