摘要
在新的医疗卫生体制改革的背景下,为了更好地促进医学目的实现,当代医德建设应是多方位、立体的。本文从改变医学唯科技化、失人性化的角度出发,提出在医德的社会管理、医院监管、医德的民众环境方面营造医德建设的社会大环境,使维护医德建设成全民性的认知行为,从而提高医德建设的社会作用。
Based on the new medical and health system reform, in order to promote the medical purpose＇s realization, the medical ethics construction should be all-round.
