摘要 【目的】探讨紫茎泽兰黄色素的最佳提取工艺,为以紫茎泽兰黄色素作为织物染料的开发利用提供理论依据。【方法】以紫外可见分光光度法检测紫茎泽兰中黄色素的提取效果,采用单因素试验和正交试验对提取溶剂乙醇浓度、提取温度、提取时间、料液比等4个因素进行优化,以确定紫茎泽兰黄色素的最佳提取工艺。【结果】各因素影响紫茎泽兰黄色素提取效果的主次顺序为:提取时间>料液比>乙醇浓度>提取温度;综合考虑工艺成本的最佳工艺条件为:提取温度80℃,提取时间2.0h,料液比1∶60,乙醇浓度70%。【结论】以70%乙醇为提取溶剂、料液比1∶60、80℃下提取2.0h可有效提取紫茎泽兰黄色素,且成本较低、操作简单、稳定可行。 [Objective]The current experiment was conducted to optimize the technology of extracting flavochrome from Eupatrium adenophorum and provide theoretical references for the development and utilization of Eupatorium adenophorum flavochrome as a fabric dye. [Method ]The optimum extraction technology was identified following extraction effect assessment using ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry and optimization of four elements (extraction solvent, extraction temperature, extraction time, and material/liquid) under single factor and orthogonal experiment design. [Result]Sequence for the factors affecting extraction effect was as follows: extraction time〉material/liquid〉ethanol concentration〉extraction temperature. Comprehensively speaking, the optimum technological condition for extracting flavochrome was at the temperature of 80℃, extracting for 120 min, with material/liquid of 1:60 and ethanol concentration of 70%. [Conclusion ]Under the above-mentioned optimum extraction condition, flavoehrome could be effectively extracted from Eupatorium adenophorum, and the extraction process is simple, stable, and practicable with low cost.
