参附注射液治疗重症急性胰腺炎并发心肌损伤临床观察 被引量：3

摘要 重症急性胰腺炎（severe acute pancreatitis,SAP）是常见的急腹症之一,病情凶险,常并发急性呼吸窘迫综合征（ARDS）、上消化道出血、急性肾功能衰竭,心肌损伤,甚至多脏器功能障碍综合征（MODS）。研究表明,参附注射液能够发挥抑制炎症、改善微循环、保护重要脏器的作用,
