摘要
本文从旅游度假区的用地类型切入，从功能分区和空间布局等方面探讨了旅游度假区的土地利用规划问题。首先，根据用地性质将旅游度假区的土地分成３种类型，然后将３种类型的土地按功能进行组团分区，介绍并评价了国内外有关旅游度假区功能分区的几种模式，最后给出２种最常见的旅游度假区的空间布局模型。
This paper, beginning with the classification of resort's land, discusses land use planning from the view of resort's function zoning and spatial layout. Firstly, the author divides resort's land into three groups according to the nature of land-use. Secondly, several important theoretical models on resort's function zoning are introduced and evaluated. In the last of this paper, two kinds of common resort's spatial layouts are put forward.
