摘要
肢体恶性骨肿瘤目前仍是采用以手术为主的综合治疗,在严格按照手术指征和进行正确的辅助放化疗的前提下,接受保肢手术的患者在显著提高了生存质量的同时,5年生存率与相同条件下接受截肢治疗的患者相同。本文对肢体恶性骨肿瘤的保肢治疗适应证、禁忌证及保肢手术的方法作一综述。
The treatment of malignant limb tumor is still based on the combined therapy of surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy. In strict accordance with surgery and correct auxiliary chemoradiotherapy, patients accepted limb salvage surgery received tile improvement of the quality of life and at the same time reached the same five-year survival rate with those patients who accepted the amputation under the same conditions except the ways of surgery. This article reviewed on the indications, contraindications, and methods of surgery of malignant bone tumors.
