摘要
论文分析了信息生态理论思想在CIS构建之中的应用与启示,探索性地对基于信息生态视阈的CIS创新范式进行多维度的研究与分析并提出构建策略,试图在新的社会环境和需求之下给CIS的构建以方法论的指导,解决传统CIS范式长期存在且难以解决的信息生态失衡问题。
The paper study and analyzes the CIS paradigm. It first introduces information ecology unbalance of CIS. Then analyzes information ecology＇ s people-oriented information management principle. Moreover makes comparisons between two CIS paradigms. Finally, the article proposes CIS paradigm from the viewpoint of information ecology theory and provide the construction strategy, It can provide a new methodological guidance for the building of CIS and solve the problems of information ecology unbalance under the new social environment and user demands.
