摘要
传统的设计方法是以最不利工况所需的流量和扬程作为设计点来选泵。月浦水厂泵房尝试根据三个工况点 (设计点、小流量点、大流量点 )选泵 ,以设计流量、平均扬程的工况点作为设计点 ,并使最高扬程、最小流量及最低扬程。
Traditionally the pump assembly is selected by discharge and delivery head at the most unfavorable condition. The pumps in pumping house of Yuepu Waterworks in Swatow city, Guangdong Province were selected by three operating points, which are the design point, the minimum discharge point and maximum discharge point. The operation point of designed discharge and mean delivery head was taken as normal for design, that means both the statuses of maximum head and minimum discharge and minimum head and maximum discharge are working in range of high efficiency.
