摘要
目的:在绝经后妇女取环术中应用普瑞达一次性使用宫颈扩张棒,观察其临床效果。方法:要求放置宫内节育器的绝经妇女共220例。随机分为两组,观察组110例,为使用普瑞达一次性使用宫颈扩张棒;对照组110例,为未用任何药物。观察两组手术中宫颈扩张情况、镇痛、人流综合症情况和取器的效果情况。结果:观察组与对照组相比较,在宫颈扩张、镇痛、人流综合症方面,其差别均有统计学上的意义(P<0.05)。结论:普瑞达一次性使用宫颈扩张棒用于绝经后妇女取IUD,宫颈扩张效果好,病人痛苦少,手术效果满意。
Objective： Observing clinical effects of using one-off cervical rods in removal of IUD in postmenopausal women. Method： 220 cases of postmenopausal women inserting IUD, then divided into two groups, experimental group of 110 cases, which use the Purui Da one-off cervical rods; control group of 110 cases. Observing the situation of cervical dilatation, analgesia, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular response of the two groups in surgery. Result： Compared experimental group with control group, in the respects of cervical dilatation, analgesia, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular response, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclution： For the postmenopausal women using Pu Ruida one-off cervical rods in removal IUD, the effect of cervical dilatation is good, patients feel less pain and satisfy with the surgery.
