摘要
近几年"90后"大学生渐成高校学生的主体,人际关系不协调已成为困扰当前"90后"大学生的突出问题,严重影响着"90后"大学生自身的发展。重视对"90后"大学生这一特殊群体人际关系现状调查及特点分析,帮助他们树立正确的人际关系理念,增强人际交往的能力,已成为当今全国高校思想政治工作的一项重要内容。
In recent years, a large number of freshmen after 90s have become the mainstream of the university. However, the problem is that the interpersonal relationship is inharmonious and influences the development of students after 90s. So it is really an important task of ideological and political education for the colleges and universities to help ＂90＂ to build up right concept of interpersonal relationship and strengthen their communication ability.
