多层螺旋CT多平面重建(MPR)及曲面重建(CPR)技术诊断胆道梗阻性疾病的价值分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨多层螺旋CT三维成像对胆道梗阻性疾病的诊断价值。方法:收集36例临床诊断为胆道梗阻性疾病的患者,通过MSCT腹部扫描检查,利用多平面、曲面重建技术重建胰胆管并进行对比分析。结果:病变定位诊断符合率达100%(36/36),病变定性诊断符合率达91.7%(33/36)。结论:胆道梗阻性疾病临床诊断困难,易误诊,多层螺旋CT多平面重建(MPR)及曲面重建(CPR)技术进行胰胆管重建,方法简单,可从不同角度观察病变部位及其周围情况,有利于鉴别诊断,提高诊断符合率,具有较高的临床价值。 Objective: To study the MDCT 3d imaging performance of clinical diagnostic value.Methods : The data of 36 patients with clinical diagnosis of obstructive jaundice patients, through the MSCT abdominal scan, multi-planar surface reconstruction redevelopment cholangiopancreatography and comparative analysis. Results: surface reconstruction hinders reconstruction technique and the analysis of location diagnosis was 100% lesions ( 36/36 ), lesions qualitative diagnosis was 91.7% ( 33/36 ).Conclusion Biliary obstruction sex disease clinical diagnosis is difficult, easily misdiagnosed, MDCT more reconstruction ( MPR ) and plane surface reconstruction ( CPR ) technology reconstruction hinders method is simple, but from different point of view and around the lesion site, beneficial to the differential diagnosis, and to improve the diagnostic coincidence rate, have a high clinical value.
