摘要
目的:观察暖宫散瘀法治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法:将66例寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经的患者随机分为两组,其中治疗组给予口服暖宫作用的中药汤剂治疗本病;对照组以少腹逐瘀丸治疗。结果:观察了3个月经周期,治疗组总有效率达94%;对照组总有效率81%。结论:可见暖宫散瘀中药汤剂治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经有良好效果,疗效确切值得临床推广使用。
