摘要
明末著名医家吴有性擅治温疫,他晚年所著的《温疫论》中有大量通过下法进行治疗的论述,对后世医家影响很大。吴氏对下法的运用有所创新,在辨证施治过程中不囿于古法,突出治病求因的思想,四诊合参,大胆施治,更考虑到下后固护胃气,分析全面透彻,用药精准效佳,对临床有较大的指导意义。
WU You-xing was a famous doctor in late Ming dynasty. He specialized in treating plague. Wenyilun was written by WU You-xing inhis later years. There were many theories about purgation methods in this book, which have great influence on later generations. WU You-xing was good at using purgation methods and made it innovation. His diagnosis and treatment based on an overall analysis of the illness and the patients＇ condition which has a great significance for clinic.
