摘要
潜证的本质是机体的病理改变尚未达到引起临床症状的程度,潜证的显著特点是"无证可辨",这就要求我们另辟蹊径来解决潜证的辨证论治问题。在这个问题上,首要的是把握患者体质,因为体质中隐藏着潜证的虚实寒热等信息,这也是潜证辨证论治的出发点。在详辨体质的基础上,再结合病变脏腑的生理、病理特点和邪气的致病特点,则可进一步确定潜证的病位、病性,再参照现代科学的证型研究成果,那么我们也就可以实现对潜证的准确辨证与论治。
The essence of dormant syndrome is that pathological changes have been formed but still not leads to the clinical symptoms. The remarkable characteristics of dormant syndrome is no symptom for differentiation. This requires us to explore new ways to deal with the syndrome differentiation and treatment of dormant syndrome. First of all, doctors must master the physical constitution, which hide the information of eficiency and excess, cold and heat. Secondly, according to the physiological and pathological characters of the pathological viscera and the characteristics of pathogenic factor, doctors can determine the lesion site and lesion nature of dormant syndrome. Thirdly, referring to modern scientific achievements of syndrome research in TCM, doctors can do better in syndrome differentiation and treatment of dormant syndrome.
