摘要
跨行业转型是企业保持持续发展或克服衰退重新获得竞争优势的重要手段,资源因素在充满风险和挑战的中小制造企业转型中逐渐显现并发挥越来越显著的影响。在揭示中小制造企业跨行业转型的产业内外动因的基础上,考虑其转型战略选择和实施过程对企业基本技能和资源的匹配需求,运用因子建模技术和鱼刺图法识别出企业转型过程中可能面临的资源惯性风险因素、资源获取风险因素、资源匹配风险因素及其风险因子,研究对中小制造企业跨行业转型风险管理的实践具有重要的借鉴意义。
Cross-industrial transformation is an important way of maintaining sustainable development or regaining a competitive advantage through overcoming recession. Resources factors play an increasing role in cross-industrial transformation of small-medium manufacturing enterprises. This paper reveals their internal and external drives in crossindustrial transformation, considers a match between the transformation and basic ability and resources, applies factor modeling method and fishbone diagram to identify some probable risks in resources inertia, acquirement and matching, which offers a reference in risk management of cross-industrial transformation of small-medium manufacturing enterprises.
