岗梅根水煎液对束缚应激条件下非酒精性脂肪肝大鼠氧化应激的影响 被引量:8

Effect of Ilex Asprella Roots Decoction on the Oxidative Stress in Restraint Stress and Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease Rats

摘要 目的观察岗梅根水煎液对束缚应激条件下非酒精性脂肪肝大鼠氧化应激的影响。方法将48只Wistar雄性大鼠随机分为4组:正常对照组、模型对照组、辛伐他汀组、岗梅根水煎液组,建立高脂饮食性脂肪肝模型,并给予束缚应激负荷。检测各组大鼠血脂、肝脏指数、T-AOC、GST、MDA等指标的变化。结果与正常对照组比较,模型对照组大鼠血清TC、TG、LDL-C含量均显著升高(P<0.01),HDL-C含量降低(P<0.01),肝指数升高(P<0.05)。与模型对照组比较,辛伐他汀组、岗梅根水煎液组TC、TG、LDL-C含量均有不同程度的降低(P<0.01或P<0.05),HDL-C、T-AOC、GST均有不同程度的升高(P<0.01或P<0.05)。与辛伐他汀组比较,岗梅根水煎液组TC含量升高(P<0.05),MDA含量降低(P<0.05)。结论岗梅根水煎液对束缚应激条件下非酒精性脂肪肝大鼠氧化应激有一定干预作用。 Objective To observe the effect of Ilex asprella roots decoction on the oxidative stress in restraint stress and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease rats.Methods 48 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups: normal control group,model control group,simvastatin group,roots of Ilex asprella group.To establish the model of restraint stress and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease rats.The serum levels of TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,liver index,T-AOC,GST and MDA in rats were measured.Results Compared with the normal control group,the levels of serum TC,TG LDL-C and liver index in model control group were increased in various degrees(P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05),the level of serum HDL-C was decreased significantly(P 〈 0.01).Compared with the model control group,the levels of serum TC,TG and LDL-C in simvastatin group and root of Ilex asprella group were decreased in various degrees(P 〈 0.01 of P 〈 0.05),the serum HDL-C,T-AOC and GST increased in various degrees(P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05).Compared with the simvastatin group,the level of serum TC was increased(P 〈 0.05),the levels of MDA was decreased(P 〈 0.05).Conclusion The Ilex asprella roots decoction has some protective effects to regulate the oxidative stress in restraint stress and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease rats.
