摘要
新型医学模式对心理及社会等主观指标的关注,亟待寻找替代指标来完善慢性心衰疗效评价体系。中医药在改善症状及生存质量的优势、中西医规范方案的成功研制以及将症状等主观指标量化技术手段的创新,使得中西医能够在防治和评价理念上将中西医相契合,形成慢性心衰中西医结合综合疗效评价体系临床研究的初步构想。
It is necessary to find alternative indicators to improve the evaluation system of the curative effect of CHF,for the new medical model focus on the subjective indicators.Because of the advantage of improving the symptom and quality of life in CHF by Traditional Chinese medicine,the successful development of Medical guidelines within both traditional Chinese and Western medicine in CHF,and the innovation of the technology which can quantitative subjective indicators,we develop the initial concept of clinical research for evaluation system of the curative effect of CHF with the study of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine comprehensive effect.
