摘要
我国通用水泥产品新标准已由国家质量技术监督局批准颁布并从1999年12月1日开始实施 ,此次通用水泥产品新标准与92版标准相比 ,最主要的修订内容是水泥胶砂强度检验方式采用ISO法。由于国内大部分水泥厂在采用ISO法测定强度时 ,水泥强度要下降一个多标号 ,所以新标准实施后 ,如何改进和改善现有的生产工艺 ,提高水泥产品的质量是我国水泥企业面临的迫切任务。同时随着新标准的实施 ,必将推动我国水泥工业的结构调整 ,促进水泥工艺的技术创新和水泥产品质量的全面提高。
The new standard of China for general cement products was issued and put into force on December 1,1999.Compared to the 92 version,this new standard for cement products has a major amendment concerning strngth testing method for cement paste which is ISO method.Since the cementstrength level will be more htan one grade lower in most of the domestic cement plants when using ISO method for strength testing,it will be an imminent tast the Chinese cement plants are facing as to how to increase and improve the present production process and increase the quality of mement products when the new standard is in force.In force.In the mean time,the ececution of new standard will give im petus to the strucural adjustment of the Chinese cement industry and comprehensive promotion of the technical inno vation of cement production process and quallity of cement products.
