转炉用碳锰合金增碳材料的开发及应用 被引量:5

Development and application of carbon-alloy material for steelmaking

摘要 开发了新型碳锰合金增碳剂,解决了转炉出钢使用无烟煤增碳剂增碳熔化时间长、碳的收得率不稳定的问题,并通过工业试验对其冶金效果进行了考察。试验结果表明,新型碳锰合金增碳剂熔化速度快,碳、锰收得率高,碳的平均收得率为92.95%,锰的平均收得率为93.31%。采用新型增碳剂能保证钢水质量,降低出钢温度,缩短物流时间和降低炼钢成本。 A new carburet material is developed to solve the problem of long smelting time and low carbon rate when the blind coal is used as the carburant and its metallurgi cal effects are also investigated by industrial experiments. Results show that in compari- son with the carburant of the blind coal the newly developed carbon-manganese carbu- rant is featured of high smelting rate, high carbon and manganese yield (the average car- bon yield 92. 95 % and average manganese yield 93.31%). By adoption of the new car- burant the quality of the liquid steel can be ensured and the tapping temperature lowered and material flow time shortened and thus the cost for steel-making reduced.
