摘要
阻锈型防水密实剂是一种能够减少收缩,防止开裂,提高混凝土的抗渗性,减缓混凝土中钢筋锈蚀的外加剂。综合利用了新拌砂浆极化电位、干湿循环、电化学综合法等3种试验方法对阻锈型防水密实剂的阻锈性能进行了试验研究,结果表明:阻锈型防水密实剂确实有一定阻锈功能,能有效降低钢筋混凝土中钢筋的腐蚀,保护钢筋并延长其正常工作的寿命。
The corrosion-inhibiting-waterproofing compacting agent is an admixture that can decrease corrosion of the rebar in the concrete,raise the impervious ability of concrete,reduce shrinkage and prevent cracking of cementitious materials.Three ways including polarization potential of fresh mortar,drying and wetting cycles, electrochemistry synthesisare used to make experimental investigation on effect of corrosion-inhibiting- waterproofing compacting agent on inhibiting corrosion.The results show that this kind of corrosion-inhibiting-waterproofing compacting agent truly can effectively reduce the corrosive condition of the rebar in the reinforced concrete and prolong its normal working performance.
