钢渣路面基层材料安定性能试验研究 被引量:18

摘要 钢渣的安定性能是钢渣能否在公路路面基层中大面积应用的关键因素。以不同陈化龄期的武钢自然处理钢渣作为研究对象,测试了钢渣中游离氧化钙(f-CaO)含量,采用压蒸粉化率法与压蒸存活率法对钢渣的安定性能进行了分析测试,并利用试件裂缝监测与加州承载比(CBR)浸水膨胀率综合评价了钢渣路面基层材料的安定性能。试验结果表明:随着陈化时间的延长,钢渣的游离氧化钙含量逐渐减少,压蒸存活率逐渐增大,压蒸粉化率逐渐减小,陈化半年后各个粒级的钢渣颗粒粉化率明显降低,钢渣的各个粒径的存活率均达到了94%以上,并且中间粒径的压蒸存活率明显比两边粒径范围的钢渣存活率大;陈化初期(前3个月)钢渣类基层试件在早期均出现了不同程度的裂缝,陈化半年之后,钢渣类基层试件体积稳定性能大幅提高,裂缝出现几率显著降低;钢渣路面基层材料CBR试件的浸水体积膨胀率随着陈化时间的延长而逐渐降低,钢渣粉煤灰CBR试件的微膨胀值仅为钢渣CBR试件的1/6,并且能提前达到体积稳定状态,可见加入粉煤灰后,能显著提高钢渣路面基层的体积稳定性能。 The volume stability of the steel slag is the key factor to application in highway pavement.In this staty,different aging time of Wuhan Steel Corporation natural cooling steel slag was studied as the research object, flee calcium oxide slag (f-CaO) content of steel slag was tested, the autoclave pulverization ratio and the autoclave survival ratio were also studied,then using crack monitoring and California Bearing Ratio (CBR) comprehensive evaluation of the slag expansion pavement performance and stability of the specimen.The results showed that:with the aging time, the free calcium oxide content of steel slag decreased, the autoclave pulverization ratio decreased and the autoclave survival ratio increased.The auto- clave pulverization ratio of each gradation steel slag was significantly reduced, and the autoclave Survival ratio of each gradation steel slag reached 94% or more,the size of the intermediate autoclave Survival ratio were significantly higher than both sides of the particle size range of the slag.Early aging time the ( first three months ) slag specimens in the early primary classes have varying degrees of cracks.Alter six months of aging, class of pri- mary slag specimen volume stability significantly improved the odds of a significant reduction in crack.The CBR steel slag specimen volume expan- sion with the extension of aging time decreased, fly ash slag micro-expansion value of the specimen slag specimen only 1/6,and can advance to the size of steady state, showing that adding fly ash into steel slag can significantly improve the volume stability of road base materials.
