摘要
十二皮部是十二经脉及其络脉在体表的分区,具有反映病候、传注病邪的特点。不同皮部上出现的皮损表现,对皮肤病的辨证论治起到了重要作用。近年结合皮部理论,从经脉-脏腑角度诊治皮肤病取得了一定进展。该文对十二皮部理论及其在皮肤病中的应用进行综述,包括皮部理论的概述,皮部实质探索等相关基础研究,皮部理论在皮肤病辨证论治中的应用现状,试图为今后根据皮损所在皮部反推经络、脏腑,从而为指导皮肤病辨证论治奠定基础。
Twelve cutaneous regions are the regions of the skin of twelve meridians and collateral vessels, which are characterized by reflecting disease and transmission of pathogenic qi. The different manifestations of lesions on the different cutaneous regions are important to pattern identification of skin diseases. In this review, there are the basic overview of the theory of twelve cutaneous regions, the studies on the essence of cutaneous regions and dermatitis along meridians and propagated sensation along meridians, and clinical studies on pattern identification and treatment of skin diseases by the theory of twelve cutaneous regions. Objective is to establish the foundation of pattern identification and treatment of skin diseases through lesions on the different cutaneous regions and the theory of meridians ＆ Viscera and Bowels.
