摘要
高职人才培养质量保障体系是提高高职教育教学质量水平的工作体系和运行机制的总和。高职人才培养目标、人才培养过程和人才培养模式的特殊性使其质量保障体系的构建具有重要意义。从理论上分析,高职教育人才培养质量保障体系的理想模型由政府、企业和社会三大主体构成的外在质量保障体系和以学校自身为核心的内在质量保障体系组成。
The quality assurance system for talents cultivation of higher vocational education is the sum of work system and operating mechanism of improving the level of education and teaching quality of higher vocational education. The particularity of objectives, process and mode of talents cultivation of higher vocational education makes the construction of its quality assurance system meaningful. In theory, the ideal model of quality assurance system of higher vocational education is composed of the external system which is made up of government, society and enterprises as well as the internal system with the core of schools.
