腰滩油田恒压恒流掺水工艺的研究与应用

摘要 腰滩油田集输流程为双管掺污水流程。掺水温度高和水质差等因素造成掺水量计量和调配困难,增加工作量。不合理的掺水量给流程运行带来风险,频繁造成流程堵塞。恒压恒流掺水工艺由恒压系统和恒流系统组成。恒压系统可反馈压力变化,通过变频器调节掺水泵转速,保持压力稳定。恒流供水系统通过控制压差控制流量。工艺应用后,腰滩油田掺水流量由最高20 m3/h降低至10 m3/h以内,掺水平均温度由75℃降至66℃,年可节煤500 t,取得了较好的节能效果。 Yaotan oilfield' s gathering and delivering procedure is double-barreled technique with water mixing. Some factors such as high water temperature and poor water quality bring great difficulty to the measurement and increase workload to the allocation for the Yaotan oilfield. The irrational amount of blended water for each well may cause risks to operation safety and block proce- dure frequently. Water blending technology with constant pressure and flow rate consists of constant pressure system and constant flow rate system. Constant pressure system can feed back the change of pressure and keep the pressure stable by adjusting the rota- tion speed of water blending pump using frequency converter. Constant flow rate system can control flow rate by controlling differen- tial pressure. The application of the technology has achieved admirable effects in energy saving by bringing down the total amount of blended water for Yaotan oilfield from 20 mZ/h to less than 10 m3/h and the average temperature from 75 ℃ to 66 ℃, and saving coal of 500 t annually.
