摘要
针对水下图像信噪比低、图像模糊的特点,开发了一种基于图像清晰度评价的水下图像盲复原算法.在分析水下图像特点的基础上,选取带参数的点扩展函数,结合Lucy-Richardson算法对图像进行复原并获得随参数变化的系列复原图像,进而以最高清晰度为评价指标,确定最优复原效果和参数,获得最高清晰度复原图像.实验证明,该算法获得了比较理想的复原效果.
In light of the characteristics that low signal noise ratio(SNR) and blurring of underwater image, so an algorithm that image blind restoration based on definition measurement is made. Based on analysing the characteristics of the underwater image, the particle spread function(PSF) with parameters is selected. Then combined with Lucy-Richardson algorithm to restore the image which needs restoring, and a series of restored images that change with the parameter are obtained. And then the highest definition as evaluation index is used to determine the best recovery result and parameters. Finally, the images that have the highest definition are obtained. The experiments prove that this method has obtained clearer result.
