摘要
道德人格不仅是道德主体的自我生成,更是社会文化濡化的结果。风险社会使得社会文化环境发生复杂变化。大学生群体作为文化的传播者、创造者和践行者,其道德人格的培育和完善离不开自身的文化实践,更离不开对风险文化的理性和审慎的判断。以充满活力的个性化道德人格为基础,促进以信任关系为纽带的社会化道德人格的发展,最终形成个体化与社会化相统一的积极进取型道德人格,是风险文化背景下道德人格建设的基本理路。
Moral personality is not only the self generation of moral subjects but also the results of social culture. Socie- ty which is full of risks makes complicated changes in the social cultural environment. Being the transformers, creators and executors of culture, the training and development of college students could not been realized without the students＇ own cul- ture practice, or their rational and cautious judge on risk culture. The basic way to the construction of moral personality in risk culture should be to make the foundation with personalized moral personality which is full of energy, to promote the de- velopment of socialized moral personality which is bridged by trust, and to form a positive and aggressive moral personality which is unified between individualization and socialization.
