高层建筑新增裙楼加固技术及结构静力荷载试验

摘要 某高层建筑完工后决定新增4600m2 的裙楼 ,需对主楼地下室结构等主要部位进行加固处理。施工中采取了将顶标高 -0.180m的楼板梁两侧各增加一根梁组成复合梁等措施。试验表明各连接节点的设计方案合理 。 As 4 600 m2 podium had been planed to add to a just completed high-rise building, some key structure such as the basement of the building should be strengthened.Two beams were added to the both side of the slab girder which supported the floor slab leveled at -0.180 m,so that building up beams were structured as a strengthening measure.The test presented the design plan of each joint were reasonable and construction quality was reliable.
