摘要
为了研究不同尺度下ABS摩擦特性的差异,分别利用直剪仪和纳米划痕仪从宏观和微观角度对比考察了ABS的摩擦性能。采用标准金刚石压头和自制ABS压头进行划痕试验,比较了对磨材料对ABS摩擦性能的影响。结果表明,宏观尺度下ABS摩擦系数随载荷的变化保持相对稳定,微观尺度下摩擦系数为变量,低负载时摩擦系数随载荷的增加小幅下降,高负载时摩擦系数随载荷的增加明显增大。比较而言,ABS宏观摩擦系数大于微观摩擦系数,采用金刚石压头划擦后所得摩擦系数高于ABS压头。结论可为塑料摩擦学设计及相关数值模拟提供参考。
In order to study the tribological properties of ABS materials under different dimensions, the tribological properties of plastic materials were investigated from the macroscopic and microscopic view by using the direct shear apparatus and nanoscratch apparatus respectively.The influences of grinding material' s properties on tribological properties of ABS were compared by using diamond indenter and ABS indenter.The results showed that ABS material had a stable frictional coefficient with changes in load under macroscopic scale, and the frictional coefficient of ABS under microscopic view was variable, the friction coefficient decreased slightly when low load increased, but increased obviously when high load increased.By contrast, the macro friction coefficient of ABS was greater than micro friction coefficient.ABS had a higher friction coefficient after scratching by diamond indenter than by ABS indenter.The conclusion was useful for plastic tribological design and computer numerical simulation.
