摘要
目的探讨老年中晚期肺癌放疗致放射性肺炎患者的预防、病情观察及临床护理。方法总结解放军113医院2010年3月至2011年12月57例老年中晚期肺癌放疗导致放射性肺炎患者的临床护理。结果通过对57例患者对症护理、心理护理及加强基础护理，放射性肺炎均控制在1—2级。结论根据患者实际病情，结合放疗的照射剂量，采用及时有效的护理措施，有助于减轻放射性肺炎的损伤，确保治疗及护理的顺利完成。
Objective To investigate the prevention, condition observation, clinical care of elderly patients with radiation pneumonia caused by radiotherapy of advanced lung cancer. Methods Summarized the clinical care of 57 elderly patients with radiation pneumonia caused by radiotherapy of advanced lung cancer from March 2010 to December 2011 in No. 113 Hospital of PLA. Results Fifty-seven patients by symptomatic care, psychological care and strengthening basic care, radiation pneumonia were all controlled in level 1 - 2. Conclusions In accordance with the actual condition of the patients, the combination of radiotherapy dose, the use of timely and effective interventions to help alleviate the damage of radiation pneumonia, to ensure the smooth completion of the treatment and care.
