摘要
制备了聚氨酯(PU)改性E-51/R-122环氧树脂材料,探讨了PU改性E-51对R-122力学性能的影响,并用扫描电子显微镜观察了材料的冲击断面,利用DMTA对改性所造成的耐热性影响进行了分析。实验结果表明,PU接枝E-51可以使R-122的马来酸酐溶液在-10℃保持液态;当PU接枝E-51质量百分数为30%时,改性R-122材料抗冲击性能较纯R-122材料提高150%;此时材料tanδ曲线到达峰值的温度较未改性R-122材料下降约15℃。
PU-graft-E-51 modified R-122 epoxy resin was prepared from liquidized MDI,PPG1000,E-51 and R-122 epoxy resin. The mechanical properties, morphology , dynamic and thermo mechanical properties were investigated. Results showed that R-122 could remain liquid phase at the temperature of --10℃, add 30 % PU-graft-E-51 would have an incense- ment of 150% in impact strength compared with pure R-122, but DMTA showed that thermo mechanical properties de- creased about 25℃ after modification.
