摘要
以丁二烯(Bd)、丙烯腈(AN)和丙烯酸(AA)为聚合单体,过硫酸盐为引发剂,硫醇为分子量调节剂,采用中温乳液聚合法研究了合成低分子量羧基丁腈橡胶的聚合配方及其工艺,并开展了1M3聚合釜放大试验。结果表明,过硫酸盐0.3~0.4份,硫醇5~6份,乳化剂3~3.5份,聚合反应温度为30±1℃时,其转化率高于95%,1M3聚合釜放大试验可以得到Mn为1000~2000,结合丙烯腈含量为20%~26%,羧酸值为0.5~1.0mmol/g的低分子羧基丁腈橡胶。
The low molecular weight copolymerization of butadiene, acrylonitrile and acrylicacid was studied by free radical emulsification with salt of persulfate as initiator and mercaptan as molecular weigh regulator. The effect of recipe and technology of polymerization on the properties of polymer were discussed. The result showed that when salt of persul- fate was 0. 3-0. 4 parts,mercaptan was 5-6 parts, emulsifying agent was 3-3. 5 parts, polymerization temperature was 30 ± 1℃, The low molecular carboxy butyronitrile rubber showed the 1400±200, content of nitrile group 20-25 %, carboxy value 0. 5- 1.0mmol/g.
