摘要
对乘用车手动变速器动态换挡性能评价方法及改进策略进行了分析。结合变速器换挡性能的主观评价需求目标,确定了乘用车手动变速器动态换挡性能评价的 3 个客观量化指标,并提出了改进其动态换挡性能的策略。通过试验对某乘用车手动变速器动态换挡性能进行了测试分析,验证了相关结论的有效性。
Evaluation method and improvement strategy of dynamic gear-shift performance of passenger car with manual transmission were analyzed. Three objective evaluation indexes used for dynamic gear-shift perlbrmance evaluation were presented based on subjective evaluation requirements. And the corresponding improvement strategies were discussed with consideration of the structural characteristics of the transmission. Based on these works, experimental analysis was carried out to verify the presented conclusions.
