摘要
引入层次分析理论,分别对整车综合评价体系中的类指标和项指标进行了权重配比,根据实车的动力总成结构,在 CRUISE 软件中建立整车模型,根据在不同海拔高度、不同季节下客车是否开启空调的不同,对不同的动力总成配置型式进行了匹配计算和分析,并优选出一款综合评价值最高的匹配车型,针对优选的车型,依照试验设计(DoE)开发流程,对传动系各个参数进行了敏感性分析并进行了传动系传动比的优化,优化后的综合评价值提升了 7.37%,优化效果明显。
The AHP theory was introduced, and a weight distribution for each category and subcategory was set up in the vehicle comprehensive evaluation system. Taking a coach as a study object and based on the powertrain structure of a real car, a vehicle model was created in the software CRUISE. The matching calculation and analysis of different types of powertrain configurations were carried out with consideration of the impact of altitude and seasonal variations on vehicle performance. For the selected model, the sensitivity analysis on powertrain parameters was performed according to Design of Experiment (DOE) development process by using the optimization software OPTIMUS, and the transmission ratios were optimized. Compared with the model before optimization, the comprehensive evaluation value has increased by 7.37% and the performance was dramatically optimized.
