胺碘酮联合稳心颗粒治疗心衰合并心律失常患者的效果研究 被引量：14

摘要 目的探讨胺碘酮联合稳心颗粒治疗心衰合并心律失常患者的效果。方法将本院2009年3月～2011年3月收治66例心衰合并心律失常患者随机分为单纯组(胺碘酮)和联合组(胺碘酮联合稳心颗粒),分析两组治疗效果、常规指标变化(静息心率、QT间期及左心室EF)、不良反应。结果联合组治疗后的静息心率低于单纯组(P<0.05),QT间期(P<0.05)和左心室EF(P<0.01)均高于单纯组;联合组的治疗总有效率高于单纯组(P<0.05),显效例数多于单纯组(P<0.01),无效例数少于单纯组(P<0.05)。结论胺碘酮联合稳心颗粒治疗心衰合并心律失常患者的效果较好,可提高治疗有效率。
