摘要
目的探讨动态心电图中≥2000ms的长R-R间期的临床价值,评价检测长R-R间期的意义,提高诊断心脏疾病的准确性。方法选取我院内科自2009年1月~2011年6月住院的长R-R间期≥2000ms患者65例,综合分析动态心电图改变情况和各类原因。结果长R-R间期发生率高,常见病因主要包括冠心病、高血压病、心肌梗死等,而长R-R间期发生的原因：主要包括房性早搏未下传、二度Ι型房室传导阻滞、二度Ⅱ型窦房传导阻滞、窦性心动过缓伴不齐、三度房室传导阻滞、阵发性心房扑动或颤动等。结论动态心电图检测长R-R间期安全、有效,有助于提高临床诊断符合率和治疗有效率。
Objective To investigate the dynamic electrocardiogram 2000ms interval was long RR clinical value, evaluation of the detection of long RR interval sense, improve the accuracy of diagnosis of heart disease. Methods Tn our hospital heart internal medicine in our hospital from January 2009 to June 2011 in long RR interval 〉65 2000ms patients, a comprehensive analysis of dynamic electrocardiogram change and all kinds of reasons. Results 65 patients by dynamic electrocardiogram caused by long RR interval of the electrocardiogram diagnosis rate, maximum frequency, junctional escape beat frequency and long interval. Long RR interval causes： including atrial premature beats not down, two degree atrioventricular block II, type II two degree sinoatrial block, sinus bradycardia with irregular heartbeat, three degree atrioventricular block, atrial flutter or fibrillation. Conclusion Dynamic elec- trocardiogram detecting long RR interphase safe, effective, help to improve clinical diagnostic accuracy and treatment efficiency.
