摘要 通过TBM在秦岭I线隧道的施工,我们总结了刀具的磨损规律和实际施工的换刀规律。为了改善刀具的磨损规律,使其更趋合理,同时使施工中换刀更易操作,减少刀具的消耗,节约换刀时间,发挥TBM高效施工的优势,经设想、研究、论证和试验,作了正刀高刀位区换装边刀刀圈,达到合理磨损的初步探索。 The writers summarize wear rule of cutter and cutter replacement rule through practical construction woth of tunnel Qinling Line I with TBM. In onler to improve wear of cutter and to ease cutter replacement during construction, also to reduce wear and tear of cutter,to decrease the time for cutter replacement and to develop the advantage of TBM, the writers study and try to install side cutter ring at high cutter position. It proves that it can wear raionally.
