摘要 目的检测GRP78 mRNA在食管鳞状细胞癌中的表达情况。方法应用RT-PCR法检测30例食管鳞状细胞癌组织及其癌旁组织中GRP78 mRNA的表达情况。结果食管鳞状细胞癌组织及癌旁组织中GRP78 mRNA的表达阳性率分别为56.67%(17/30)和26.67%(8/30),GRP78 mRNA在食管鳞状细胞癌组织中表达水平明显高于癌旁组织。两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与癌旁组织相比,食管鳞状细胞癌GRP78 mRNA呈现高表达,表明GRP78可能参与了食管鳞状细胞癌的发生过程,可以作为食管鳞状细胞癌的一种有价值的肿瘤分子标志物。 Objective To investigate the expression of GRP78 mRNA in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Methods The ex- pression of GRP78 mRNA in cancerous tissues and paracancerous tissues from 30 patients with esophageal squamous cell carci- noma were analyzed using RT-PCR analysis. Results GRP78 mRNA was positive in 56.67% (17/30) cancerous tissues and 26.67% (8/30) paracancerous tissues of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. The expression of GRF78 mRNA was significantly higher (P〈0.05) in cancerous tissues compared with paracancerous tissues. Conclusion GRP78 may be involved in the pathogene- sis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and may be a potential tumor maker of the disease.
