摘要
通过对长沙市老城区旧城改造规划,寻找旧城改造的难点,提出解决旧城用地更新的几种方式,并探索城市公共空间引导的弹性控制;在城市快速发展的时期,反思旧城开发建设所面临的实际问题。
Through the transformation of planning on Changsha Old City, the author finds out the difficulties of the transformation, proposes several ways to renew the old city, and explores the flexible control guided by urban public space; during the period of rapid urban development, the author tries to rethink profoundly the real problems existing in the old city development and construction.
