摘要
通过实验法、数理统计法,以福建教育学院的福建省儿童职业发展学院教学点的2010级240名大学生为实验对象,分析了大学体育健康体适能教学与传统体育教学对学生健康体适能发展水平的影响,结果表明:在16周的健康体适能教学干预中,实验组同学在心肺适能、肌肉力量适能、柔韧性适能水平得到提高,与对照组相比具有显著性变化,并从大学体育教学现实性角度,讨论了健康体适能理念教学产生明显效果的原因,为大学体育教育改革提供参考.
By means of the literature material method, experimental method, mathematical statistics method, with .the experimental object of 2010, the author analyses the university on students' health fitness development 240 students of the department of foreign languages at level sports health fitness teaching and traditional physical education level of influence. The results show that: in the 16 weeks' health fitness teaching intervention, the students in the cardiorespiratory fitness, muscle strength fitness, flexibility fitness levels are improved. Compared with the control, it has the significant change, and from angle of the university sports teaching reality, the health fitness philosophy teaching generates the reasons of obvious effects, which provids valuable reference for university snorts education reform.
